"The American Dream Endures" - Michelle Obama

Tonight, Michelle was just stunningly beautiful. She delivered her speech gracefully, personally, passionately and effortlessly. I think Barack's wife is definitly an asset to his campaign. I can probably go as far as to say that she has saved his campaign from all the criticism of him being too elite and not American enough.

Both Michelle and Barack are such good speakers, but I think the reason that that is, is because they both speak so geniunely. I really like what she had to say. The following line from her speech capsulates pretty much what people should strive to do.

"Barack and I were raised with so many of the same values: that you work hard for what you want in life; that your word is your bond and you do what you say you're going to do; that you treat people with dignity and respect, even if you don't know them, and even if you don't agree with them."

Watching her speech makes me want to marry a potential president and become first lady! haha, too bad my records so flawed, not even a Public relations specialist sent from heaven would be able to mitigate it.

The closing of the convention was so sweet. Barack compliments his wife from a web camera: "You were unbelievable. You also look very cute,"...and makes a jokes, "Now you know why I asked her out so many times -- you want a persistent president." ...CUTE. More brownie points for you Barack!

If I was Cindy Mccain, I'd be pretty nervous about how I'd be able to top Michelle's speech.
